POSITION SUMMARY

LBMC is currently seeking a detail-oriented, punctual, dependable individual with a positive attitude to join our Administrative team as a Receptionist. Responsibilities include greeting clients, vendors, and visitors to LBMC and managing the multi-line phone system.

This role is critical to LBMC as a client-focused professional services organization. The Receptionist has constant contact with LBMC clients and must have a positive attitude and willingness to assist.

PRIMARY DUTIES | RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answers, places, and forwards telephone calls quickly and efficiently, using a multi-line phone system.
  • Greets clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintains neatness of reception area.
  • Assists in booking conference rooms.
  • Orders catering for various meetings as requested.
  • Maintains an updated employee phone list.
  • Assists with faxes, scanning, and mailings as needed.
  • Handles all incoming and outgoing Federal Express, UPS and courier deliveries.
  • Reconciles monthly bills for FedEx account and additional courier accounts.
  • Maintains confidentiality of company and client information.
  • Overtime hours, including Saturdays, are required from February to April.

QUALIFICATION | SKILLS

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years receptionist experience is required.
  • Good personal hygiene and professional presentation.
  • Customer service focus with a professional and friendly personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
