We are currently seeking a talented Senior Business Intelligence Consultant to join our team in our Nashville, TN office.

Job Description:

The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following: 

  •  Participating and leading in the design and development of custom business intelligence solutions.
  • Participate in solution architecture design and development and provide technical leadership over small teams throughout project duration.
  • Work with a variety of technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server (RDMS, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS), Power BI, Power Pivot, SharePoint and more.  
  • Determine the technology stack of each solution and will be encouraged to mix industry best practices and emerging technologies to best serve the designed solution

The requirements of each project will vary and will thus require the candidate to demonstrate versatility and adaptability. 


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or other applicable field.
  • Strong desire and initiative for enhancing existing abilities and learning new technologies and ability to share knowledge with team members
  • Experience working with business owners and/or upper-level management designing reporting and analysis solutions to address specific business problems.
  • Three or more years of experience designing and architecting business intelligence solutions
  • Three or more years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server including RDMS, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS
  • Three or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPivot and Microsoft SharePoint Server
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Power BI
  • Strong ETL development skills and extensive experience working with various data sources including databases, XML, flat files, web services, etc.
  • Experience with other databases (Oracle, Sybase, etc), reporting tools (Crystal, Business Objects, etc) and data visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc) is not required but will be considered
